Ryan O’Connor
Research Analyst, Climate Resilience Practice

Ryan O’Connor is a Research Analyst for the Climate Resilience Practice in the Center for Equitable Development. There he conducts research and data analysis on adaptation in NDCs, implementation, and tracking of adaptation commitments, and locally led adaptation. He also works with the Adaptation Action Coalition and supports its activities.
Previously, Ryan was a Climate Resilience Fellow with the Climate Resilience Practice, where he conducted data collection for an NDC analysis project. Before joining WRI, he worked with the German-American Heritage Museum in Washington DC, where he performed digital mapping research.
Ryan holds a BA in International Relations and a BA in Germanic Studies, both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
