Caroline Black
Program Coordinator, Water Program

Caroline Black is a Program Coordinator in the Water Program. She supports and coordinates program operations for the Water Program in the areas of grants and contracts management, financial management, and program administration.
Prior to joining WRI, Caroline held internship roles related to climate finance and environmental policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, Climate Leadership Council in D.C., and Pfizer, Inc. in New York City.
She holds a B.A. in Chinese Studies and Political Science from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.
Caroline lives in Washington, D.C. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, trying out new Sichuan recipes, and playing Cards Against Humanity with her friends on Zoom.
